Step 1 : Click here to open Minister of Corporate Affairs website.


 

Step 2 : Enter the company name at just opened website of MCA and you will get information whether a company  is registered or not. As I did it in below picture.

Step 3 : If your entered company is not registered then you will get a pop up windows like below.
